Solid system, minor issue
I ordered a couple of AI Dash Cams and a Cloud Storage Plan for our smaller fleet. The cameras themselves are very robust and the AI features for harsh braking detection are quite useful for coaching. Installation with the Hardwire Installation Kits took a bit longer than expected, mainly because the instructions could have been clearer on vehicle-specific wiring. Customer service was responsive when I called for clarification, which was a plus. The monthly cost for the cloud plan feels a little high, but the instant video retrieval is excellent. Good value overall, just a slight hiccup with the install guide.
